Did you know that you can visit over 20 ancient Mayan archeological sites from the comfort of your home anywhere in the world? All you need is an internet connection!

Since 2012, Google has been adding street view tours of Mexico’s Mayan sites using a specially developed tricycle. The most important sites are all present: Chichen Itza, Coba, Tulum, Uxmal; but we are happy to see that smaller sites like Chicanná and Xlapak have also been included. We hope Google will cross borders soon to explore sites like Tikal and Yaxha in Guatemala and Xunantunich in Belize!
